Printer says there is no paper in tray

Check that the contents of the drawer match what is written in the drawer opening. If this is not correct, you can pull out the drawer and rotate on a grey/blue wheel. If this does not help, try printing from a different tray or multipurpose feeder. Contact us via chat for further troubleshooting.

Please note that A4 has both landscape and portrait orientation as an option for setting on the drawer.
