Formatting Printer Settings to A4 size Epson Perforert T3100x printer
It is important that your printer is set optimally in order to get the best print quality and longest durability.
Always use original Epson consumables. If you buy them from us, you are sure of the quality.
Always use the printer driver that includes PCL support for labels, signs, and banners.
We recommend the following settings for your Epson Perforert T3100x printers:
Size: A4
Source: Auto Feeder
Weight: Heavy
Follow these steps on how to set up A4 size for your Epson printer:
- On Windows Start, search for “Settings” and go the “Settings” > “Devices”
- Go to “Printers & scanners” (“Skrivere og skannere”)
- Find your printer / printer driver (EPSON SC-T3100x Series) and click it to open manage (“administrere”) options. In this example, my printer's name is an “Epson Perforert”.
- (Optional) You can change the printer name to know immediately what printers you are working on. From my printer “Epson Perforert”, click “Printer properties” (“Skriveregenskaper”), under the “General” tab change the name of your printer, then click “OK”.
- Go back to “Printer & scanners” settings, as you can see the printer you renamed and click the printer.
- Go to “Printing preferences” (“Utskriftsinnstillinger”) to set the paper size for your printer
- To set the A4 paper size setting (“Document Size”), go to “Settings…” > “Document Size” > “A Series” > “A4 210 x 297 mm”, and set the “Orientation” (“Orientering”) to “Portrait” (“Portrett”) or “Landscape” (“Landskap”) then click “OK”
- Set the “Size”, “Source”, and “Weight” of media for printing to use on the printer. Then click ”Apply“ after you set the printer settings that you want and hit “OK”
- To set the “Print Quality”, unclick the “Simple Setting”, select “ICM”. And the “Level” must be “Quality” and hit “OK”
