Paper jam in fuser/heating element. Try removing the fuser/heating element and see if paper can be pulled out. If this does not help, a new fuser/heating element must be ordered via our online store.

All paper and plastic media we sell are tested and approved on all printers we sell. This contributes to reduced problems with infeed, paper jams, sputtering or wear.
