Printer reports a paper jam

Open the cylinder head and front and check the following 5 places.

  1. In the "ceiling" in a drawer
  2. In front of the printer
  3. Under toners
  4. In or in front of the heating element at the very back of the printer
  5. In the Duplex unit/drawer on the back of the printer. Pull out the printer and pull out the tray on the back.
